IoT and digital twin monitoring
The digital twin module connects physical properties to their data: sensors report telemetry, assets are tracked, and rules turn readings into alerts.
It is provider agnostic — telemetry can arrive from different ingest sources, and the module stores, evaluates and visualises it the same way.

Sensors registered against a property send readings that are stored as telemetry and linked to the asset they belong to, so history stays with the equipment.
Rules and alerts
Rules are evaluated against incoming readings and raise alerts when a condition is met, so operators find out about a problem from the system rather than from a complaint.
Insights and dashboards
An AI insights service summarises what the telemetry shows, and an operations dashboard presents sensors, alerts and status for the properties being monitored.
