Orders and delivery tracking
Orders placed on the MakaanMate marketplace are tracked in the app from the moment they are raised until they are delivered.
Buyers and suppliers see the same order record, so there is one version of what was ordered and where it has reached.
Track an order
Open an order to see its current status and history, and follow the delivery on its tracking view when the supplier has dispatched it.
Talk to the supplier
In-app chat is attached to the order, so questions, changes and confirmations stay with the record instead of in separate messages.
For suppliers
Suppliers manage incoming orders, update status and handle deliveries from their business dashboard.
